We are all so familiar with the term, The Monday Blue, which is the feeling we get when the weekend is over and it's time for us to get back to work. We feel very lazy, tired, and lack of rest. Well, there is also such a thing as the Morning Blue, where we feel exactly the same thing, just that it happens every morning. The morning blue can have such a huge impact on your day-to-day life. The morning of everyone’s life is the pace starter of how smoothly our journey is throughout the whole day. As it is a new beginning for something new in everyone’s life, stepping onto the right track in the morning is vital, as it can help to lighten and brighten your mood and make it a manageable one.

So how can we actually “mitigate” this issue every time we wake up?

Well, not going to sound like a parent but getting enough sleep actually does the job! It allows your body to rest fully from the tiring you have had the day before. Sufficient amount of sleep is considered to be self-healing as well, due to countless healing activities your body is doing while you are resting, from the new creation of cells to the relaxation of strained muscles. A sufficient amount of rest definitely has its perks! Well, aside from having sufficient amounts of sleep, what else can we do to ensure that we start our day on the right foot?

By eating the right fruits of course!

Fruits are known to be natural supplements that we ingest to balance out a healthy eating lifestyle. They are filled with tons of beneficial nutrients that help our body to further go about our day! Fruits helped to enhance, rejuvenate, and revitalize our skin, body, soul, and mind! So, what better way to start your day than ingesting a sufficient number of fruits that are good for you and can also be your natural wake-up call?

Here are some fruits that are beneficial for you, to help you kickstart your day!

Banana

Banana is literally a protein=filled berries! Bananas, eaten before breakfast or as part of a balanced meal, may assist digestion and induce satiety. Since it is filled with proteins, it provides our body the natural sugar it needs for our body to commence other biological processes within our system.

Bananas also consist of Potassium and Vitamin C. Potassium, steady the pace of heartbeat, guarantees normal muscle and nerve function, and is necessary for protein synthesis and glucose metabolism., while vitamin C, an important vitamin that aids in tissue regeneration, are two key minerals found in bananas.

These vitamins are vital in ensuring that we are healthy while giving our body the necessary fuel for it to run its course!

Orange

Of course we are all aware of this delicious ball of Vitamin C! It is none other than Orange! Since I was young, I was told to eat oranges at least once a day as it helps with boosting our immune system. Not only that, Oranges also include thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, folate, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, selenium, and copper!

That is surely a lot to read and absorb in one go. In other terms, Eating oranges is a good form of protection for your immune system!

Lemon

I love my morning lemon juice. They just taste so exquisite and delicious! The beauty of drinking lemon juice is that it helps to energize your body! It definitely gives you the boost of energy you need, making it a healthier alternative to your morning coffee!

No time to buy your go-to Starbucks coffee? Just get yourself a glass of lemon juice, mixed with cold water, and you are good to go!

Blueberries

I don’t know about you but I just love me some blueberries in my cereals! Not only does it taste good but it just makes you feel good. Blueberries do consist of many vitamins we all can benefit from! Infact, among regularly eaten fruits and vegetables, blueberries have one of the highest antioxidant amounts. They're high in phytochemicals like ellagic acid and anthocyanidins, which are naturally occurring plant substances. The blue, indigo, and scarlet coloration of the fruit is due to these polyphenols.

Blueberries phytochemicals have been studied extensively for their preventive characteristics, which aid the body in fighting a variety of ailments

Apple

Ah yes! One of my favorite fruits of all time! The one only, apple! Apple consists of a high percentage of fiber and that is probably one of the best reasons why we should eat them in the morning! Consuming a high percentage of fiber helps to remove the toxin from our body, either you have to go number 1 or number 2, if you know what i mean.

Apples are a good diet too, especially if you are diagnosed with diabetes. Apple’s soluble fiber may aid in the slowing of sugar absorption into the system and perhaps improve blood sugar levels.

Indeed, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Voila! Here are some life tips or tricks, or in this case “treat”, that you can try and give it a shot! Not only will it give you the rushes and the energy you need but it will also help you to calm the rushing thoughts and anxiety you may have! Fruits are like natural medicine, and we rarely acknowledge it due to our constant craving for fast food and all things crispy! Well, we can definitely eat all of that good stuff and at the same time, balance it out with a healthy eating diet, getting the best of both worlds!
