We are all so familiar with the term, The Monday Blue, which is the feeling we get when the weekend is over and it's time for us to get back to work. We feel very lazy, tired, and lack of rest. Well, there is also such a thing as the Morning Blue, where we feel exactly the same thing, just that it happens every morning. The morning blue can have such a huge impact on your day-to-day life.
