Our products are expertly hand-crafted from natural materials, using a blend of high-quality solid wood imported from around the region and salvaged material sourced locally.

Deposit
Once you've approved the provided quotation and have decided to proceed with customizing your order through Urban Salvation, we will initiate the invoicing process.
The invoice will include a comprehensive breakdown of expenses, encompassing delivery charges, assembly (if required), and an outline of the project timeline, which usually spans from 8 to 12 weeks. You will have the option to submit a deposit, typically set at 50% of the total costs.

Design and Technical Drawing
After confirmation of deposit.
Design team will work for you to design a draft drawing and provide a technical drawing for your consideration.

Furniture Making
As each furniture is handcrafted by woodworker and craftsman’s in both Singapore and Indonesia.
The project lead time to anticipate is typically between 8 to 12 weeks or earlier upon approval. Within this period, you can expect to receive progress updates on how it’s been made. We will notify you 3 to 5 days prior to the arrival of your furniture in Singapore to set a suitable delivery date.

Payment, delivery and
Our seasoned in-house team will take charge of the delivery process and, if necessary, handle the installation of your newly crafted custom furniture. Their expertise ensures that your bespoke pieces are not only safely transported but also assisting you to positioned in your home, into your living space.
All done, Delivery team will ask for payment and we would love to hear you feedback and take some picture with you.
