Return Policy for Urban Salvation Pte Ltd

Thank you for choosing Urban Salvation and supporting our handcrafted furniture. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility:

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to the bespoke and personalized nature of our handcrafted furniture, we do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team at sales@urbansalvation.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Authorization:

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s). Kindly refrain from sending back items without obtaining an RA number.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We understand that examining handcrafted furniture may involve some unpacking, but we kindly request that you take care in repackaging items securely. Any items returned in a used or damaged condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). For fragile and larger items, we recommend using a reputable and insured shipping method.

6. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Handcrafted Variations:

Handcrafted furniture may exhibit unique variations, imperfections, and characteristics that make each piece one-of-a-kind. These variations are intentional and contribute to the charm and authenticity of our artisanal creations.
