By appointment only – we don’t accept walk-ins to maintain focus and flow. One session per household unless pre-arranged. Whether you’re dreaming of a bespoke piece or preserving family history, we’re here to guide you with intention. 🕒 Punctuality Matters Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Life happens, just a courtesy msg will be nice. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance via your booking link or email.
