Guided by Urban Salvation’s craftspeople, this class introduces you to the foundations of woodworking: from wood selection to shaping, sanding, and finishing with food-safe oils. Whether you’re new to woodworking or just looking for a creative break from the digital world, this hands-on session offers the joy of slowing down and reconnecting with honest materials.

Urban Salvation Woodworking Class — Indemnity, Waiver & Release (Digital Agreement) Effective Upon Registration and Payment By registering and making payment for any Urban Salvation Woodworking Class, Workshop, or Program (“the Program”), you (“the Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Urban Salvation Pte. Ltd. (UEN: [insert number]), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (“Urban Salvation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 1. Assumption of Risk 1.1 You acknowledge that woodworking involves the use of hand tools, power tools, machinery, and materials that carry potential risks, including but not limited to: Cuts, abrasions, splinters, burns, and bruises Dust or fumes from wood or finishes Noise exposure and vibration Muscle strain, lifting injuries, or accidents involving tools and materials 1.2 You understand that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Urban Salvation provides safety guidance, supervision, and equipment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with woodworking activities. 2. Acknowledgement of Fitness 2.1 By registering, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of safely participating in the Program. 2.2 You are responsible for notifying us before the class of any medical condition, allergy, or limitation that may affect your safety or participation. 3. Release and Waiver of Liability 3.1 Upon payment, you irrevocably waive and release Urban Salvation, its founders, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from: Personal injury, illness, or death Property loss or damage Accidents or incidents occurring before, during, or after the Program 3.2 This release applies to any claim including those arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3.3 You acknowledge that Urban Salvation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program. 4. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of: Your participation in the Program; Damage to property, equipment, or facilities caused by your negligence or misuse; or Claims by third
