Cancellation Policy

🎓 Online Design Student Consultation – Booking Policy This is a free 45-minute 1-on-1 online session for students in design disciplines such as industrial design, product design, furniture design, interior design, or related fields. It’s a chance to receive honest feedback, industry insight, and practical advice from a working craftsman and designer. To protect the value of this time, the following booking policy applies strictly: ✅ Eligibility Open to students (diploma, degree, or postgraduate) in any design field. Must be an active student. Present valid student identity card One session per student. Repeat bookings are not allowed. 📅 Before You Book Be prepared with a specific project, assignment, or design work you want to discuss. This is not a general career chat. It is a focused critique or mentoring session. Bring clear goals or questions, what do you need help with? Design strategy? Materials? Presentation? You must have your work ready to share via PDF or screen share (no "I haven't started yet"). 🕒 Session Timing The session is 45 minutes via Google Meet or Zoom. You must arrive on time. Being late by more than 5 minutes = automatic cancellation. No reschedule. This is a one-time opportunity, so please respect it. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be blacklisted from future sessions. If you miss your booking, you cannot rebook. 🧰 What to Prepare A clear presentation of your project/work-in-progress. Specific questions or areas where you want feedback. A mindset open to constructive critique and dialogue. Stable internet connection and a quiet space. ⚠️ Reminder This is a free professional service offered out of respect for the design community.
